Adullam’s Edge exists to share the gospel, and discuss ideas with a Christ Centered approach, honesty, humor, and reverence. We write like real people for real people—Scripture in context, everyday application, and a hopeful spine.

Tone & style Suggestions

We will accept any Tone and Style that complies with the further requirements listed below, however here are a few suggestions based on how the rest of the blog is written

• Informal and conversational; wit welcome, snark limited.
• Clear, Bible-anchored arguments > hot takes.
• 6–10 minute reads.
• Use Scripture to support each main point. Put the verse on its own line, then cite like this: Book Chapter:Verse(s) VERSION. Truncated verses must be noted. Any Highlighting, Italicizing, or Bolding with in the verse must have a parenthetical citation of “Emphasis Mine” or “emphasis added.”
• It is suggested to End with a short Conclusion, a Closing Prayer, and a brief Call to Action, though not required.

Doctrinal boundaries (high-level)

• Affirm historic, orthodox Christianity: the Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), the full deity and humanity of Jesus, His death and bodily resurrection, salvation by grace through faith, the authority of Scripture.
• Charity in disputables; clarity in essentials.
• We don’t run: prosperity gospel, universalism, Scripture-denial, partisan screeds posing as Bible, or content that dehumanizes image-bearers.
• Politics may be discussed, but biblically and even-handedly—issues > teams.

What we will publish

• Bible-saturated essays, testimonies with Scripture, practical discipleship pieces, cultural discernment with chapter-and-verse grounding.
• Original work you have the right to submit.

What we won’t publish

• Plagiarism, AI-generated text passed off as entirely human, clickbait, personal attacks, or uncharitable dunking.
• Sensational claims without reliable sources or Scripture mishandled to serve an agenda.

AI usage policy

• Brainstorming/outlines/grammar assist: fine.
• Final draft must be yours—voice, argument, and accountability.
• No AI images of real people without their explicit permission; no deepfakes.

Editorial process

• We may lightly edit for clarity, tone, length, formatting, and Scripture citation. Substantive edits will be confirmed with you.
• We reserve the right to accept, hold, or decline any submission.

How to submit

• Paste your draft as plain text using the following form, your real name and email address MUST be included.
• Make sure verses are on their own line with citation after the passage.

Ownership & Permission

God, Jesus, the holy spirit, and understanding of those are not owned by anybody, you are free to repost as you would like, i would appreciate teh courtesy of a linkback, but the only legalese here is that you agree by sending in a post that you are giving perpetual permission to publish it indefinitely, unless other arrangements are agreed to by both parties.

Effective-upon-publication note
This Ownership & Permission statement only takes effect if and when we publish your piece. If we don’t publish it, we have no rights to it.
